Heliamphora sarracenioides – Ptari – Tepui, Venezuela – Wistuba – Mature – Very Rare – Specimen
These specimens are well hardened-off clones from Wistuba. They’re very small, and there are several plants in the pot. They’re producing immature traps.
This species prefers highland conditions, which means that it should be kept around 70-80°F during the day and 50-60°F at night with a very high relative humidity.
Heliamphora as a genus prefer high humidity, at least 75% RH for most species. In addition, they should be watered with distilled water, rainwater or reverse osmosis water rather than tap or well water. Fertilizing Heliamphora should only be done rarely, and with extreme care.
