We maintain a product list including the latest available species of carnivorous plants – both seed grown and clones, both hybrids and pure species. Plant Auctions

We post rare/specimen plants with a starting bid of $1 and no reserve. This is our auction platform that is updated every couple weeks with new plants. Auctions generally are posted on Sunday evening and end 5 days later on Friday.

Nepenthes

(TROPICAL PITCHER PLANTS)

Commonly referred to as tropical pitcher plants, the Nepenthes genus is comprised of 172 + amazing species as well as thousands of man-man and naturaly occuring hybrids. Cultivation, production, propogation, and sales of these plants is our main focus and passion at Native Exotics Nursery. We almost grow every species in the genus.

Heliamphora

(SOUTH AMERICAN PITCHER PLANTS)

The genus Heliamphora represents some of the most elegant and beautiful pitcher plants. These plants are found on table-top mountains called tepuis in South America and many new varieties and species are discovered each year as these remote locations are explored.

Utricularia

(BLADDERWORTS)

There are over 200 species of Utricularia from all corners of the world. These plants are referred to as Bladderworts for the bladder-shaped traps they use to capture small organisms. Bladderworts are delicate plants which are generally grown for their beautiful flowers.

Pinguicula

(BUTTERWORTS)

Simply known as butterworts, the genus Pinguicula contains carnivorous plants that have sticky leaves that catch and digest their prey. Pinguicula are delicate plants which are generally grown for their beautiful flowers. We carry a small stock of rare Pinguicula species and hybrids for sale.

Cephalotus

(AUSTRALIAN PITCHER PLANTS)

Cephalotus follicularis is a small pitcher plant species that grow at the South West Coast of Australian. These plants are easy to grow and very rewarding, a good pick if your space is limited and your are growing in a terrarium. We carry a small stock of Cephaltous for sale from time to time, all of which can be found on this page.

Drosera

(SUNDEWS)

There are nearly 200 species of Drosera found in all corners of the world. These plants are more commonly called Sundews for the sticky dew that covers their tentacles; often glistening in the sun. We focus on primary rarer species of Drosera for sale, all of which can be found on this page.

We get a suprising number of request for our plastic pots, so we made them available to purchase in the store. We also sell Heat Packs which are necessary for our live plant guarantee during winter months. We occasionally sell live Sphagnum Moss and are currently propogating red, green, and yellow varieties.
